The Hindmarsh and Fitzroy Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology team is dedicated to serving you with a strong focus on achieving functional and capacity building outcomes. We work with you to find out what your goals are and work towards achieving them – both in the short and long term.

Your programs are in line with your goals and may include one-on-one treatments and exercise based sessions in our clinical space, gymnasium or local pool. An additional benefit is that we have ample parking and street level wheelchair access to our main clinic in Hindmarsh.

Our therapists can provide therapy and have developed exercise programs for people with a wide variety of disabilities to help them manage their condition, build capacity and prevent deterioration. Helping to live with a disability, develop healthier lifestyles, gain independence and participate at work and in the community.

Additionally, we may be able to accommodate you if you are unable to come into our clinic. Our therapists can provide treatment and set up a program in your home if this is a more suitable option.

With a strong musculoskeletal and conditioning background it makes us the ideal choice to help you improve your skills and independence over time. We have extensive knowledge on the human body and the role of therapy and exercise in health, fitness, and reducing the impact of chronic conditions and disabilities. Additionally our onsite GP Medical support team provides a degree of reassurance for everyone.
